How to Create Global Ed Course:
Be registered for the academic course that is connected to the travel. If you are going on a Global Ed. Course, you must register for the connected academic course to use financial aid. If you are taking a TS100 or not taking the course for credit and just traveling with the group, then you may not use financial aid to fund your travel.

Fill out the Global Ed Proposal Form and have your Dean and alternate leader sign it. Then send the completed form to margaret.leimkuehler@cuw.edu for review at the next Study Abroad Faculty Advisory Committee Meeting.
- Winterim proposals are due Nov. 15th, 2019 for programs running in 2021.
- Spring Break and Summer proposals are due Apr. 10th, 2019 for programs running in 2021.
